All sales are final. Exchanges or returns are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Products are qualified for an exchange for the same product if the product sent is damaged upon receiving. You will be required to send photographic evidence of any flaw in the product to our number or email within 2 days of receiving the article. Once verified by our CS team, we will provide a return address. Returning product should be unused and in its original packaging and tagged. Return delivery charges to be borne by the customer. The delivery of the replacement product will be free.
Products purchased on a discount or on sale are not qualified for exchange.
We have a no refund policy in cash form. In case of non-availability of the product if the received item is in a damaged condition, a coupon of the same amount will be issued which can be availed online, or another article can be bought in it’s place of the same or lesser price. If the price is higher, the difference amount has to be paid by the customer. Delivery charges for the replacement has to be borne by the customer, as per their location.
